1. Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) Programs

To meet corporate expectations and enhance employability skills, the TPC conducts structured CRT sessions for pre-final and final-year students. These sessions typically include:

  • Aptitude and Logical Reasoning Training
    Focused modules on quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
  • Soft Skills Development
    Training on communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and public speaking.
  • Technical Skills Enhancement
    Domain-specific technical training for IT, Core Engineering, and emerging technologies.
  • Mock Interviews and Group Discussions
    Regular practice sessions to build confidence and prepare students for real placement scenarios.

2. Campus Placement Drives

  • Coordinating with leading IT and Core sector companies to organize on-campus and pooled placement drives.
  • Creating company-specific training and orientation sessions before recruitment processes.
  • Maintaining student placement records and company feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Industrial Training and Internships

  • Facilitating industrial internships for students during semester breaks or as part of the curriculum.

  • Promoting entrepreneurial mindset through Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps (EACs), startup workshops, and business model competitions.
