CampX ERP is the integrated Enterprise Resource Planning platform of J.B. Institute of Engineering & Technology (JBIET), supporting the digital management of academic, administrative, financial, student-support, and institutional activities.
The platform brings various institutional functions together within a single, centralized digital ecosystem, facilitating efficient workflows, improved accessibility of information, effective coordination among stakeholders, and greater transparency in institutional operations.

CampX ERP Coordination
The CampX ERP Coordinator facilitates the implementation, coordination, and effective utilization of CampX ERP across the institution. The coordinator serves as the institutional Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between JBIET and the CampX ERP implementation and support team.
Key areas of coordination include:

Facilitating ERP implementation across academic and administrative departments.

Coordinating institutional data collection, validation, migration, and configuration.

Supporting the digitalization of academic and administrative workflows.

Facilitating faculty, staff, and student onboarding and user orientation.

Coordinating ERP-related training, demonstrations, and awareness activities.

Monitoring implementation progress, system usage, and pending requirements.

Coordinating the resolution of functional and technical issues with the CampX team.

Liaising with HODs, administrative sections, examination, finance, HR, and other institutional stakeholders.

Supporting continuous improvement and effective adoption of digital workflows.
