Academic & Examination Branch
This Branch has two wings, namely Academic section & Examination section.
Academic section takes care of Academic activities of the Institution such as Class work, Academic calendar, credits of the students, attendance monitoring, admissions into First year, Re-admission of the detained students, Issue of Provisional certificate, conduct certificate, Course completion certificate etc.
Examination Section looks after the conduct of Mid Examinations, University End examinations, Practical Examinations and other works connected with them which includes On-line Registrations, Issue of Hall Tickets, Declaration of results, Issue of Marks memorandum, Conduct of Supplementary examinations, Appointment of External examiners for conducting practical examinations, Appointment of Invigilators etc.
The Principal of the Institution is the Head of Academic& Examination Branch. The officers of in-charge for this branch are
- Sri.P.Divakara Rao, Associate Professor, Department of Mech. Engg.
- Sri N.Ramesh Babu, Associate Professor, Department of ECE.,
who are basically faculty members drafted for carrying on the activities of academic & Examination branch as additional duties. These officers are supported by full fledged Staff as listed below.
